Q. I recently got into making my own furniture and decor for my bedroom lately. I realized it saves a lot of money and its make your room more personal. So I wanted to know if you guys had any cool ideas of some useful things to make that can go in my room???!!!

What furniture goes with brown walls?
Q. My walls and drapes are chocolate brown, with white ceiling and moldings. I was thinking about black furniture but that might make the room too dark. I want to brighten up my bedroom, what color furniture should I go with?

A. My advice would be to decide on your color scheme and/or what color you will be painting the walls and then make the rest of your decisions. If you stick to a shade or shades of blue/turquoise. then you can do your own twist on a beachy theme.
It can be kind of tricky to get the right shade of pink on your walls (pepto? magenta? hot pink? ) Personally, pepto pink would make me nauseous all of the time and the other two would probably keep me awake at night, lol so if it were my room, I'd lean toward a pastel shade of blue or turquoise. Room Decorating Ideas? Please help!?
Q. Hi. I have the Master Bedroom, and ive lived here for 8 months so far and my room is still the same-boring. it's fairly large and so is the bathroom. I recently bought a bedroom set( queen bed and Dresser with mirror) and im getting a nightstand to match when i redo my room. i had an idea of chocolate (bedroom set color) and white, but things change. I was looking at a dark red but im not sure yet...id love some ideas! Oh and where my dresser is, im going to put 2 doors that lead to a deck/balcony here soon!
