It's going to be my sisters birthday andd she loves to read. She already read looks from authors like Stephen king and J.K. Rowling. And Stephanie Meyer. And she recently finished"my sistes keeper." So i don't know what books everybody elsem are readng. please help!

what are some good books that are not that well known? and i don't want a romance novel, yet i would like one taking place in high school. something like the perks of being a wallflower. does anyone know of any book like that?
