how do i use blue and chocolate colors together?

i have just painted bedroom wall a light blue color(topaz color)...so i want to for chocalate ...i thought if i colour a bold thick choclate colored stripe behind the bed wall......is it a good idea? and the curtains ..which color should i go for ?. what about the lamp shades?/..pls give me some suggestions ..or picturues of web sites?

Here are some things you might like. Don't know how old you are so I hope these suit you. Buy your bedding first and don't paint the stripe until you've gotten everything else for the room...you may or may not need it then. Don't be afraid to mix up patterns...a stripe on the curtains and some floral pillows, as long as the colors work together. Adding some white or cream would look good too.
