Where can I get a 20 inch flat screen for under $30 ?

I am thinking about getting a PS3 and i need a new tv for my bedroom.I would prefer a new one but used is fine.TV type doesn't matter just a flat screen.

Thirty dollars? I assume you mean 300 if you're talking about a new set. One highly rated option is the Sony Bravia KDL-22BX300, 22 inch, about $270.
If you're serious about 30 dollars, you won't find one unless it's used and broken. For that price you could go to Goodwill Industries or the Salvation Army and by a used analog set, but it won't be flatscreen.
