Decorating a bedroom.....?

Hi! I need to decorate a bedroom. Its for a 12 year old girl. My question is...How should I decorate it? I mean should it have a theme? What kind of decorations should there be? The walls won't be painted, they are going to stay white. The bed,dresser and chest are a light wooden colour. The colour looks like this...

There shouldn't be too much decorating....It should be simple, but it should still bring out some personality. It should be creative and artsy. What kind of pictures should there be? There shouldn't be too many posters..Maybe just 1 or 2.

It would be really helpful if you included some links with designs or furniture...

For a 12 year old, you can really do any color. Here are some cute bedspreads from Wal-Mart that are colorful and cute. You can usually find stuff that goes with these, too, so it shouldn't be too hard!
