A. Consumer Report (august 2009) issue rated the Panasonic (TC-L37S1) as their top choice in 32" LCD's.
The Sony KDL-32S5100 was their #3 choice.
Samsung makes great sets too. I have one of their 52" LCD's and I really like it, although for a spare bedroom and at that relatively small screen size, I'd go with the least expensive high quality TV, which would be the Panasonic (considering you get an iPod dock with it).
Vizio is not in the same league as the others in your group, which of course is reflected in the lower price.
