I lost all the screws to my wooden queen size bedroom set.?

Just moved and I cannot find any of the screws. What kind should I buy?
I need to attach the mirror to the dresser, I also need to assemble the bed. The bed has a headboard and footboard with side rails. Do they make a standard size screw for these types of things?

If you know the size and type of the screws you could go to home depot or any hardware store in your area.

4pc Queen Size Platform Bedroom Set in Mahogany Finish is a nice dark wood with a shiny polish coating. The bed was very easy to put together and everything is relatively lightweight. The dresser is the heaviest piece at 116 lbs. The dresser itself is not very deep so is perfect for our smaller bedroom. So far we're very happy with this purchase and will think about buying the taller dresser that is sold separately later on. I gave it four stars because the quality does not seem as high and the durability not as great as something you might find at a pricier furniture store, but for what we needed and for the price this was a great buy.

**Queen size bedroom set?!**?

Q. I'm looking for a new furniture set for my bedroom, I'm 15 so I want something cute.

People move and sell their several thousand dollar sets for next to nothing. If you find something you like and the bed is the wrong size you can get a brass one! Check Craigs list and your local buy sell ads.

4pc Queen Size Platform Bedroom Set in Mahogany Finish arrived about 12 days later via Fedex curbside. I was slightly disappointed when the delivery person told me they don't do stairs or bring the furniture inside. That is a Fedex issue, but then again you aren't given any shipping options at checkout. The package itself came boxed up on a crate and the boxes were a bit beaten up so I was a little worried that the furniture was going to be damaged. Upon unpacking we were relieved to find no damage whatsoever.

Fro that shipment you will probably pay far too much using a U-haul and drive yourself. They are pretty expensive. You can of course look up their web-site and calculate the cost for yourself.

Why not call up any of the major shipping firms and talk to their estimator. You will probably get a much better price from them. They all offer less-than-carload rates for smaller shipments.

But, in all fairness, do you REALLY want to move any furniture at all. Do consider what you can sell them for on www.kijiji.ca or www.craigslist.com - perhaps your income, minus cost of buying new furniture is less than the cost of moving. Then, no worries about breakage and you start off with brand new furniture in Calgary. Even if new furniture costs a little more, you start off with new stuff...!

Recently I bought a bedroom set and it came with a headboard. The headboard supports a queen size bed. I had a full-size bed. If I find a good bed frame how can I know if it will attach? I guess they all come with something for connecting the frame to the headboard? I did find a bed frame at Wallmart but it it says it doesn't require the box spring. So, maybe it will be too high to connect onto the headboard.

You have to match the frame to the headboard. If you have a queen-sized headboard and a full-sized bed frame, the headboard will be too big. If you want to use it anyway, you will have to make some adapter brackets.

If you rent a UHaul and tow the car you can do it for much less than a moving company will charge. It's not difficult (except for the driving part). It will run you about $1200 for a truck and car tow.

Your question and what you say you are looking for are completely different. Memory foam mattresses are a completely diferent breed of mattress. Some find them amazing; others, not so much. One memory foam that has done really well in the way of not getting a lot of complaints is the Dynasty memory foam mattress. It's also cheaper than a lot of the memory foam mattresses on the market. I have been thinking about making it my next mattress but am not sure yet how I feel about the memory foam. The following is where you can find some more information on the Dynasty:

My suggestion - do your research online, not at the stores. Too many buyers get blindsided by salesmen. Either the salesmen doesn't care about anything except commission, others just aren't trained to handle customer needs.
