I am moving to Augusta and is looking for a nice 3 bedroom apartment. I would like to live in an area, where it is quiet, spacious, and family orientated.

St.Andrews has VERY NICE apartment homes. They also have 3 bedrooms. They are fairly new-maybe about a couple of years old. So, you pay for the new, and quality of those apartments. I was very impressed with the 2 bedroom model I saw. I can imagine how nice a 3 bedroom would look. I guess it would depend if you prefer quality over quantity. I know it doesn't help, but right around the corner from there is another set of nice apartments. These apartments are visible from I-20 interstate, but you would have to go around to get to them. I ended up buying a townhome in Grovetown, otherwise, I would have rented from St.Andrews. Good luck.

My son has asperger's and there are four people living in a 3 bedroom house. Should someone with asperger's be living and sharing a room in a 3 bedroom house?

People with aspergers have a social disorder, plain and simple. They tend to suffer from high levels of anxiety when around other people. You would want him to have a "safe zone" as it were, a place where he can be alone. His sanctuary or escape. Do not have him share a room, he could be set off by the slightest thing with his roommate and when he's having issues he won't have a place to go to be alone and cope.

He NEEDS to have his own room.

My 3 friends and I are looking into moving into 3 bedroom apartment. The rent is $800.00 per month plus water and electric utilities. How much do you think our utilities bill will be per month? We will be living in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Rent divided $800 by 4 = $200. each for rent ***** Light bill $150.00 mo. divided by 4 =$37.75 each approx *****Water bill divided $75.00X4 =$18.75 month ****** Groceries $300.00 each per month X 4 =$!,200. 00 total per month ************** Rent$200.00ea .lights+$37.75ea. Water +$18.75+ Groceries $300.00 =$556.50 each Note: Groceries are added in also. There will always be the so called moochers! That will eat everything! Use these figures to see how close I am. All rent has to be paid on time by a certain date. A contract will have to be set up and each person sign it, so they all know what there obligations are monthly. Groceries seem high, but take $300.00 each divided by 30 days= $10.00 per day for food. so my figures are close.

I am looking to move to Orlando next year and I need to see how much, on average, a 3 bedroom house will cost in electric. We will have no pool and 4 kids (if that makes much of a difference). Thank you.

it really depends on how you set your thermostat in your home.this part might sound weird but it also depends on what power company you have. florida power progress energy and winter park utilities tend to be a bit more then OUC ( Orlando utitlies ). I have a small 2 bedroom home and my bill averages like 150 summer and 75 during the cooler months.

How to remove smell from wooden drawers?

Q. I've had this bedroom set for about 3 years, but it still smells like the prior owner's cheap perfume. You know the kind that floral with a hent of moth ball scent. I have tried washing them, and putting little bags of coffee in them, like you do wih potpourri only better since I can't stand floral smells or anything like that. I've tried febreze but still it smells like musty flowers and moth balls. So what is left to do?

A. There are a couple of things you could try (if you haven't already). If you are okay with the smell of cedar chips, you could put them in the drawers, you could try dryer sheets, air the bedroom set outside on a cool airy day or you also could try washing the set down with pine sol & water.
