Scales for miniature furniture.?

Okay, so i have a box that is 14.7cm in and width and height. I want to purchase miniature bedroom furniture but i don't really understand the scales like 1:18, half-inch eg. So can anyone tell me what scale would fit my box? Or if my box is too small and i need a bigger box lol. Currently, i have a few sets of bedroom furniture in my mind:

First is that I have no knowledge of making scale models so I picked some links that might help you. Second being in the US I don't know the measurements for "cm" and the rest so I hope you will just give me an "E" for effort.

Help with bedroom decorating and styling?

Hi, I recently painted my room light peach/orange. I want it to be a boho style room. I got this bed spread already from target, http://www.target.com/p/boho-boutique-utopia-3pc-comforter-set/-/A-13951394 , I want to get more accessories for my room but I am having trouble finding things to go with it. I want to find to area rugs to go with my bedroom. I already looked on urbanoutfitters.com but everything there seems too expensive for the size of the rugs, but I love the style! Help?! I would also appreciate any other ideas for curtains, things to go on the wall,etc. Thanks!

That bedding is super cute! It has a cool pattern, but it also has lots of bold colors that will make it easier to decorate. Target has some cool wall decor. You could buy some photo frames, print out some pictures of you and your friends, things that inspire you, etc, and create a photo collage. Some Dollar Trees have photo frames, that would be less expensive then the ones at Target. MIchael's has some trinkety things, in varies different 'themes' and JoAnns has a large selection of decorative wall hooks, to hang purses or jackets, etc. As for rugs, I found this rug at Walmart for a pretty reasonable price. Also, Amazon has a nice variety of decor. You can usually find stuff for a reasonable price, too. I like looking at their wall decals. They have a bunch of different quotes, that you can find in virtually any color.
